OGP (Optical Gaging Products) is a division of Quality Vision International Inc (QVI), a world-leading manufacturer of precision multi-sensor metrology systems for industrial quality control.
OGP UK is part of the Carfulan Group - a family of specialist UK metrology and manufacturing technology brands - and is the UK's sole partner for OGP, serving the whole of the country from the Advanced Innovation Centre in Derby with sales, service, maintenance, training, installation and subcontract measurement.

SmartScope video measuring systems
OGP's flagship SmartScope range - Flash, ZIP, Vantage and Quest - combines high-resolution video, laser and tactile probing in one platform. Designed for measuring small, complex, high-tolerance parts where optical measurement is faster than a CMM.
Multi-sensor metrology
Systems can carry video, touch probe, laser and micro-probe sensors on one machine, so parts with both 2D optical features and 3D form can be measured in a single fixturing.
Service, calibration & training
OGP UK provides installation, application training and service contracts across the UK, plus subcontract measurement for customers who need parts inspected without owning the equipment.
